Our son fell from a piece of playground equip. (just as l was going over

there to tell him to get down!) and broke his leg, requiring surgury, pins

this is 20 feet off the ground. My son fell off the back and then hit the
gigantic metal hitch that was sticking out the back of the train which
broke his femur in half.

We've been told that Michigan Cities
(This was at a City Park) are immune to any sort of claim like this....but
l do not see how that could be, does not seem right.

Is there
ANYTHING we can do legally? All l want is our medical bills covered and l
would REALLY like for those damned ladders to be taken down off that
train. What happened to my son could have been much worse had he hit his
head or neck (shudder), and l do not want this to happen to another child.
